BMW destroyed in Urmston car fire
POLICE and firefighters were called to a car fire in Urmston at the weekend.
The incident took place on Flixton Road, at around 1pm on Sunday, December 1.
A crew from Stretford Fire Station put out the blaze – which completely destroyed the BMW estate car – while the police controlled traffic.
The fire is thought to have been caused by an electrical fault. No injuries were reported.
