ALBERT WILFRED HAMMOND The family of the late Albert would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind thoughts, words of sympathy and cards of condolence. A special thank you to Jack, Pauline, Viv and Pat for all their help and support and a final tribute to Albert and to all those who attended the crematorium. Also a special thanks to the staff at Wythenshawe Hospital and the Stroke Unit, Hope Hospital. Thanks also to the Reverend Deborah Prest for her kind ministrations and to Kenneth Dewey & Sons (Funeral Directors) for their caring and dignified arrangements.
