HOWARD NEWHAM Vivien and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support following the very sad loss of Howard. Thank you also for the generous donations to St. Johns Hospice. Grateful thanks for all the care and dedication from the District Nurses at Milnthorpe, Doctors at Park View Surgery, Cancer Care, Kendal, Macmillan Nurse, Christie Hospital and St. Johns Hospice, Lancaster. Special thanks to the Rev'd Bill Seville for conducting such a lovely service and to Fishwicks Funeral Service for their efficient and caring funeral arrangements.
