PATRICIA JACKSON Patricia sadly passed away on Saturday 18th April 2020, aged 78 years. Beloved Wife of the late Brian John Jackson, Adored Mum to Paul, Carol and Cheryl. Much loved Nan to Natalie, Amie, Laura, Hannah and Cole. Treasured Nana Pat to George, Henry and Thomas. Patricia also leaves behind her loved Sister Sandra. "Forever in our Hearts."
