PATRICIA 'PAT' GILMARTIN Sadly passed on 2nd December 2020, aged 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Joseph 'Joe'. Much loved mum of Carl and Gary. A loving grandma and sister. Pat was a friend to many and will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew her. A private funeral service will take place at Altrincham Crematorium on Friday 18th December. For those who wish to pay their respects, Pat will be taking her final journey through Ashton on Mersey Village at 11:20am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Stroke Association.
