JOHN FOTHERBY MIDDLETON John passed away peacefully in Trafford General Hospital on Thursday 22nd April 2021, aged 85 years. He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private funeral service will take place. No flowers please. Donations if desired for the benefit of Macmillan Cancer Support.
