PATRICIA SMITH (nee Hickman) Died peacefully on 2nd August 2021. It is with great sadness and we are truly heartbroken with the sudden loss of our wonderful mum. Devoted Mum to Wayne, Carol and Wendy. Devoted Nana to Alex, Scott, Danielle, Thomas, Laura, Russell and Katie. Much loved Mother in law to Mark and Sandra. Mum, passed away peacefully at Wythenshawe Hospital. Sincere thanks to all the staff on Opal ward for their dedication and support to all the family. Funeral at Altrincham Crematorium on Wednesday 25th August 2:30pm.
