McCARTHY Steve John Stephen Aloysius McCarthy, better known to family and friends as Steve, slipped away very peacefully on 26th October 2021. He will be missed by his family and extended family, including 20 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Requiem mass to be held at Our Lady and the English Martyrs RC Church, Urmston on Friday 19th November at 11am, followed by private interment in Urmston Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations for Urmston and District Scout Council may be sent to John R. Tollitt Funeral Service, Seren House, Atkinson Road, Urmston, M41 9AD. Tel: 0161 748 4448.
