BISHOP Valtina Florence (Val) Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Leighton Hospital, Crewe, on Easter Monday, 10th April, aged 84 years. Formerly of Carlton Road, Hale, Val was a devoted older Sister to Gordon and his family, a much loved Widow to Geoffrey, a supportive, kind Mum to Linda and a generous, fun Grandma to Alexander, Genevieve and Dominique. Val will be greatly missed by all who knew her at Christ Church and Holy Cross Church, Timperley and from her sixty years as a Mother's Union member. She will also be fondly remembered from her long teaching career at Tyntesfield Primary School, Sale. Funeral service to take place at Vale Royal Crematorium, Northwich, CW9 8RP, on Friday 21st April at 4pm.
