MILLNER Frank On Saturday 6th January 2024, aged 90 years. Frank sadly passed away peacefully at Oakfield Croft Care Home. The much loved Husband to Stella and the dearly loved Father of Lynne, Susan and Louise. Also a Brother, Grandad and Great-Grandad, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
