WELLINGTON School students and staff are celebrating outstanding A-level results.
A rise in the number of students achieving the very top grades means that once again, every student from the school who has applied to university has gained a place, with the vast majority achieving their first choice.
Headteacher, Stuart Beeley, said: “Once again we are delighted to see so many smiling faces on results day. Our students should be as proud of their wonderful achievements as we are. It is just desserts for their hard work and dedication.”
“Collectively students and staff have worked as a real team and individually we have seen some truly wonderful performances.
"Everyone at Wellington School wishes our students the very best of luck on the next step of their journey.”
