THREE thoughtful children have raised money to gift low income families this Christmas.
Eleanor, Isaac, and Noah, from Ashton on Mersey, organised a sponsored swim to fund their kind gesture.
They pledged to swim 100 lengths between them in exchange for £100.
Eleanor, 11, swam half of the distance, with Isaac, 9, swimming 29 lengths, and Noah, 7, managing 21.
They raised over £250 to purchase gifts for children aged 10-14 who may not get much this Christmas.
The presents will be taken to children’s charity, Wood Street Mission, to be distributed.
