Police outside the Church Inn on Church Road, Flixton
Police have been spotted outside a pub in Flixton this afternoon.
Two police cars and a van were seen outside the Church Inn shortly after 3pm today, Saturday.
The presence on Church Road was down to a call concerned for someone's welfare according to the duty inspector for GMP.
He assured passersby that "everything was in hand" and there was no cause for concern.
