Collision: The incident occurred last year on Warburton Lane, Partington
A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a collision in Trafford.
The incident occurred on December 11 last year after a black Audi S3 collided with a tree.
Police arrived at the scene at around 11.10pm where a 26-year-old man was pronounced dead and a second passenger was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Michael Pullan, 28, of Wadebridge Avenue, Baguley, has now been charged with the offences.
He is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 16 December 2020.
