John Lewis at the Trafford Centre has donated £5,000 to Trafford Talking News.
The charity records articles for blind people to keep them in touch with local news. The store has a designated pot for charites and Talking News which is based in Flixton will use the money to upgrade from using tapes to MP3 players for their members.
