Cash and cigarettes were stolen during a robbery in Brooklands.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened at the Co-op on Maple Road at about 8.45pm on Thursday, 17 January.
Four masked men went into the store and threatened the staff.
They stole money and also used a white bed sheet to steal a large amount of cigarettes.
The men then left and got into a dark coloured Audi A4 before driving off.
No one was hurt during the incident but the staff were left in shock.
The offenders are described as three white men and one mixed race man.
They were all wearing balaclavas covering their faces and dark clothing.
