What has happened to the weather???

I've had enough of these 13 days of RAIN! Stupidly I decided last week to go to Centre Parks with the kids; all I can say is thanks for that dome, without it I think I would have drowned. Honestly, it was really really great but I'm just amazed how wet I got, and how much my bum hurts after all that bike riding.

So while I was swimming, but not the pool, Cheslea was fighting the flab on Youtube. If you've missed it get online now on www.key103.co.uk/breakfast and look for Chelsea's Fit & Firm, it's utterly brilliant and I truly love the idea of doing press-ups and being rewarded with prawn crackers.

And if that's not enough little ol' Miss Norris broke the bad news this week, that she's found love. Yes, our forever singleton, has found a Man, Much to the disappointment of any hot-blooded bloke in the area. She says she met him in Tesco's, not sure whether it was in the frozen aisle of over the checkouts she caught his eye. Keep listening to the show as I'm going to be making sure he's right for her!

Now if you've still at the gym and want to do something a little bit fun this year the BUPA Great Manchester Run with Key 103 is back.

It's Britain's biggest 10k run and is now known as one of the world's best runs! This year, it takes place on Sunday 18th May and if you want to be involved, check us out at www.greatrun.org or the Key 103 website - you can also raise money for Manchester Kids, our station charity!

There's a limit of 31,000 entries, so it's first come first served! I do hope you join me and Chelsea on the day, we're doing it both, but don't expect me to stay running with Chelsea, she takes hours and always wears the worst trainers.
