A SPORTS club has fired a warning that it can revoke memberships if "standards of behaviour" are not being followed.
Flixton Cricket and Sports Club on Lawrence Road has reminded members of a number of rules, including that its nets must not be used for football or climbing.
Youngsters cannot play pool unsupervised or run around the seats, which causes a nuisance to members, the club has pointed out.
On Sunday on social media, a club spokesman said: "Good morning members.
"May we take this opportunity to remind everyone that we are an inclusive club and we welcome members of all ages.
"However, there is a standard of behaviour which must be observed.
"Everyone is welcome to use the pitch in a responsible manner.
"Nets are to be used for cricket, not football and certainly not for climbing.
"Children are welcome in the members lounge up until 10pm if they are seated with their parents.
"Under 16s are not permitted to use the pool table unsupervised and run around the seats, disturbing other members is not acceptable.
"We will be running some member information evenings in the coming weeks, which we would invite all members to attend so you are aware of what is and isn't acceptable in our club."
The spkesman added: "We would like to remind everyone that membership is a privilege not a right, and that we do reserve the right to revoke memberships without refund if our standards of behaviour are not observed.
"Thank you for your understanding in this matter."
