An iconic pink cafe chain in London has opened its first unit in the Trafford Palazzo.
EL&N London, a famous cafe and lifestyle brand that is renowned for being "the most Instagrammable cafe" in the capital due to its pink hues and unique interior design, has opened its first shop in Manchester.
Now situated in the Trafford Palazzo, customers can expect food, cake, speciality coffee and "Instrammable moments" in its signature sky-high pink arches which stand six metres inside the shopping mall.
The cafe spans more than 2,300 square feet on the ground floor and contains three "picture-perfect moments", including a feature XO seat, a mirrored Manchester neon wall and a revamp of its floral designs.
Bringing its classic menu over from London, EL&N have also recreated their best-selling breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes for Manchester residents to enjoy, including new spring and summer additions such as truffle pasta, salads and burgers.
Alexandria Miller, founder of EL&N London said: “Manchester is undoubtedly one of our most requested EL&N destinations and when we were given this opportunity at the Trafford Palazzo, we immediately knew it would be the perfect fit for us.
"Myself and the EL&N team are incredibly proud to finally bring our brand to the North of England.
"We’ve been working hard for over a year to make sure the store is picture-perfect and brings something unique to the guests of Manchester.”
Mark Whittaker, executive director of property investment and management at Peel L&P added: “We are absolutely delighted to see EL&N open their doors at Trafford Palazzo.
"They have curated a unique, vibrant, show-stopping space that will offer experiences like no other.
"A forward-thinking, innovative, eye-catching brand, with such a loyal following launching within our mall space, highlights the immersive and diverse experience we continue to foster and create here at Trafford Palazzo.
“We have gained real traction over the past few months and EL&N perfectly complements our other brands and additional openings set for later this year.”
The cafe officially opened its doors on April 21 and can be found on the ground floor of the Trafford Palazzo in TraffordCity every day from 8am until 11pm.
