Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Afridi made a special visit to the house in Trafford.
Over a hundred fans turned out to welcome the cricketing star to the home of Aneel and Nabeel Mussarat of MCR Property Group.
The brothers hosted the event on Sunday evening at their home in Hale.
Afridi signed bats and shirts and met with family and friends of the property tycoons.
Nabeel said: “It was great to meet Shaheen especially after his world-record breaking wickets just a few days earlier.
“A lot of people turned out and just wanted to shake his hands and congratulate him for his services to Pakistani cricket in recent years.
“He is a lovely chap and was made time to meet everyone and sign cricket gear.”
On Friday Afridi took four wickets for Notts Outlaws in the first over reducing Birmingham Bears to 7-4 in a crazy first over at a Trent Bridge. Despite his heroics the Bears still managed to chase down the target of 169.
Great collection of memories from this #T20Blast season!
