The Trafford GP practices rated the best and the worst by the residents who use them were revealed in a survey.
The results of this year's GP Patient Survey were released this month after around 10,200 questionnaires were circulated of which around 3,200 questionnaires were completed.
The residents were asked a range of questions about their experiences of their practices including accessing appointments and accessing online services or out-of-hours services.
And one of these questions asked for patients to assess their overall satisfaction with their practices.
In a repeat of the 2022 GP Patient Survey, Riddings Family Health Centre topped the table after it achieved an overall satisfaction of 98 per cent.
Another six practices received an overall satisfaction of 90 per cent or more, one less than last year.
At the other end is North Trafford Group Practice after it achieved an overall satisfaction of 48 per cent.
In total eight practices were below the national average and the regional average for the GM Integrated Care Partnership.
In Trafford as a whole, 75.8 per cent were overall satisfied, which is above the national average and the regional average.
