A man who was found dead at an address in Partington last month has been named as his sister has paid tribute to him.
Stephen Hughes, 44, has been named as the man who died following an incident on May Walk on Sunday, July 23.
His sister, Sharron, said: "Stephen was a devoted father, loving brother and son, and he will be missed by everyone that knew him."
Mr Hughes' family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this time.
At around 10.30am on the morning on July 23, emergency services were called to the incident on May Walk.
On arrival at the estate off Larch Road, Mr Hughes was discovered dead.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said at the time that Mr Hughes' death was being treated as "non-suspicious".
As well as police, staff from North West Ambulance Service attended the scene as well as four fire engines from Altrincham, Sale, Eccles and Gorton fire stations.
