Paul Burgess, co-owner of Longford Tap alongside brother Dave Burgess, said he was "absolutely delighted" to be included.
Mr Burgess said: "We are absolutely delighted to be listed.
"Having completed the four stages of entry over the last two years we are completely chuffed.
"We must thank the independent breweries we use for the amazing beers they produce, Trafford and Hulme CAMRA for nominating us, and those who gave us positive scores via the NBSS [National Beer Scoring System].
"Thanks go to all of our customers for supporting us over the last four years and the dedicated team we have working at The Longford Tap. Being listed in this guide is not only wonderful for us but for Stretford as a whole."
This edition of the guide contains artwork inspired by the band Iron Maiden and a foreword by its frontman Bruce Dickinson. It highlights the successes of those included but it also highlights the struggles of the industry in the midst of the cost of living crisis and other difficulties.
Nik Antona, chairman of CAMRA, said: "The last few years have been a difficult time for the industry, and we need more support than ever before to keep our nation's pubs and breweries thriving.
"I'd encourage everyone to use this year;s guide to visit the best pubs and breweries across the UK and to support them for generations to come."
