Police are hunting four men in relation to a reported kidnapping in Sale.
Greater Manchester Police officers are appealing for information following the incident on Clarendon Crescent at around 6.10pm on Wednesday (December 6)
No arrests have been made but police believe four men attacked a man and bundled him into the back seat of a Silver BMW 3 Series before making off via Clarendon Road.
Detective Inspector Paul Costello, of Trafford Criminal investigation department, said: “We have been working hard to identify the suspects in this incident that came into us on Wednesday evening.
“This is understandably a cause for concern for the local residents in the Sale area, but we want to ensure the community and Greater Manchester as a whole that this is an isolated incident.
“Thankfully, we have managed to locate the victim in this case, and we have worked closely with him.”
He continued: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident and anyone with information to make contact with us – this includes if you have relevant footage such as CCTV, mobile or dashcam.”
