A popular pasta restaurant with two sites in the area is relaunching in the New Year with some of the delicious dishes available for less than £10.
SUD Pasta, formerly Sugo Pasta, has a total of four sites in Greater Manchester including two in Altrincham and Sale and two in the city centre.
All of the above are relaunching in the New Year as Rigatoni's with the aim of bringing the offering of the popular pasta restaurant to the masses.
Some of the delicious dishes are available for less than £10 including some of those which give the business its new name – rigatoni with oil, salt, pepper and parmesan (£7.50) and rigatoni with beans, chilli, garlic and parmesan (£9.50)
Others including rigatoni with crab in vodka sauce (£12.50) and rigatoni with nduja in amatriciana sauce (£13.50) remain reasonably priced too.
Alex de Martiis and Michael de Martiis, the Manchester-born brothers behind the business, said the change is set to be the last one for some time as their attention turns to stability and sustainability around eight years after their first branch opened on Altrincham's Shaw's Road in 2015.
Alex de Martiis said: "Change is a regular thing for us recently. This stops with Rigatoni’s. We want to build a sustainable business which allows us to serve the customers in our communities for years to come.
"The next chapter in our journey is all about creating an accessible, uncomplicated menu which makes Rigatoni’s somewhere for people come to time and time again."
Rigatoni's opens in the New Year on a date to be determined. It has a total of four sites in Greater Manchester including Altrincham's Shaw's Road, Sale's Stanley Square and Blossom Street and Peter Street in the city centre.
