A man has been found dead in his home on a residential street in Trafford.

Greater Manchester Police officers were called to a property on Belgrave Road, in Sale, on Tuesday where they discovered a man dead in the home.

A spokesperson for the force said: "At around 6.30pm on Tuesday 12 March 2024, officers were called to a property on Belgrave Road, Sale.

"Sadly, a man was found deceased.

"His family are being supported and enquiries are currently ongoing."
