An East Asian foodhall with rave reviews - including in The Sunday Times - is on its way to the Trafford Centre.
Hello Oriental is already a hit in the city centre's Circle Square, off Oxford Road, after its arrival two years ago.
In the autumn the East Asian foodhall is, appropriately, on its way to Upper Orient section of the Trafford Centre.
It has rave reviews, including in The Sunday Times, and its co-owners Azim Kourah and Ricky Yip are taking more than 100 of its delicious dishes from the original site to the new site to the delight of diners at the shopping centre.
Mr Yip said: "We are so excited to come to the Trafford Centre and to give shoppers the chance to try our dishes from across East Asia.
"Many of the dishes on the menu were enjoyed by Azim and I growing up, cooked by family or in family restaurants, so it is wonderful to see other families come to Hello Oriental to enjoy these flavours."
Simon Layton, centre director at the Trafford Centre, said: "The arrival of Hello Oriental is part of a commitment to champion local talent.
"Hello Oriental is a delicious addition to our ever-growing dining hub and we look forward to welcoming them to the centre later this year."
