A woman in her 70s has died following a crash in Urmston last month after her car struck a lamppost as she suffered a suspected medical episode while driving.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have confirmed the woman, aged 74, died last week after the incident at around 8.30pm on Thursday, May 23.
Police said at the time they believed the woman had suffered a suspected medical episode while she was driving eastbound on Stretford Road, leading her to crash the Ford Fiesta she was in into the lamppost.

GMP have said they are still appealing for information regarding the crash, which saw on other injuries or other vehicles involved.
