A popular pizzeria with six restaurants in the region – including in Sale – is preparing for the opening of another restaurant in Altrincham.
Rudy's Pizza Napoletana is preparing for its opening at the former One Central food hub next month according to owner Mission Mars.
Started in Ancoats almost a decade ago the popular pizzeria is at a number of sites in the city centre and at other sites in Chorlton, Didsbury, and of course Sale where it started in 2022. There are more than 20 restaurants across the country.
Its Neapolitan pizzas come complete with a crust made from top-rated Double Zero flour, with a sauce made from tomatoes from the fields next to Mount Vesuvius, and in flavours from Marinara and Margherita to Calabrese and Capricciosa.
Neal Bates, its managing director, said: "We cannot wait to launch our newest site in Greater Manchester and to welcome residents for a slice of Naples."
Rudy's Pizza Napoletana is preparing for its opening at the former One Central food hub after a refurbishment of Charis House, Central Way, to allow for indoor dining and outdoor dining for more than 100 customers.
Owner Mission Mars, also the owner of alpine-themed Albert's Schloss, is accepting applications for up to 30 roles, both back of house and front of house, with recruitment days for the roles on a date to be determined.
In Sale the restaurant is rated four and a half out of five stars on Google and four out of five stars on TripAdvisor.
