An Australian-style sushi venue is set to open in the Trafford Centre this month.
Rolled will be launching at the shopping centre's food court on August 16.
This sushi-to-go kiosk will offer a new fast-casual sushi experience to customers.
The eatery will predominantly be serving hand rolls which are sushi rolls in cone shapes that can be eaten on the go.
This style of sushi became popular in Australia in the late 1990s and has since evolved into a sushi norm in the country.
Founder Adam Miller said: "Aussies are obsessed with this type of sushi.
"It’s not unusual to consume hand rolls multiple times a week, so I’m excited to introduce it to Manchester where I believe it will be just as popular.
"We have real ambition for Rolled, with the aim of establishing the brand as the UK’s largest and most loved sushi chain.
"We’re excited to launch the concept in Manchester at the Trafford Centre, with a view to expanding across the country, one hand roll at a time!"
Some of the rolled-out hand rolls available at Rolled include crispy chicken, spicy tuna, salmon smashed avocado and the Bondi roll - described as an 'Aussie breakfast in a roll.'
Simon Layton, centre director at the Trafford Centre, said: "We’re thrilled to be the first location for this innovative concept, welcoming Rolled to our diverse food offering.
"This unique Australian-style sushi concept is sure to be a hit with our visitors, providing a fresh, affordable and healthy grab-and-go option."
