A managing director from Hale is set to appear as an expert on a TV show about aspiring property developers.
Scott Marshall, managing director of Manchester-based Roma Finance, will be one of six investor "angels" on TV programme Property Elevator.
The show offers aspiring property developers the chance to team up with the "angels" for exclusive access to funding and expertise.
The programme, which is now in its eighth series, will be available to watch on Amazon Prime for the first time next year.
With more than 20 years of experience in the property finance industry, Mr Marshall will appear alongside property experts including John Howard, Ranjan Bhattacharya, Nicholas Wallwork, Paul Mahoney, and Hayley Andrews.
Mr Marshall, who has appeared as a guest "angel" on the show before, said: "Being a part of Property Elevator sits perfectly with the ethos at Roma – we welcome SME housebuilders and entrepreneurial property developers who are looking to create wealth through property.
"We not only provide a range of funding options, we also work closely with our customers to ensure they get the best advice throughout the life cycle of their project, and exit having achieved their property ambitions.
"We have been the lending standpoint for the programme for two series now, and I am very much looking forward to being a regular face on the show as well as playing a role in providing a vital platform for property investors to seek financial and professional support.
"It offers a really unique opportunity for individuals looking to enter the property development world, or for existing landlords to further expand their portfolio – so get those applications in, we can’t wait to get started."
Fellow "angel" Mr Howard, added: "Having worked with Roma Finance in the past, I know first-hand what a great company it is and how much it supports customers far beyond lending.
"Scott and the team have a wealth of experience in small to medium-sized property developments and willingly share this insight to the benefit of each and every customer.
"Scott has appeared on the show as a guest angel to great success, and we are delighted to welcome him to the main panel of investor angels for series seven."
Applications for the show will open on February 1 for those who have purchased a property and now require funding, have agreed on a purchase, or have spotted a development opportunity they want to present to the angels.
Filming is set to start in March, with a release date yet to be confirmed.
Roma Finance provides facilities ranging from £75,000 to £3m for small to medium-sized property developers across England, Scotland, and Wales.
