A man has been sentenced to more than a decade in prison for sexually abusing victims including a young girl aged around five.
Thomas Noone, from Stretford, was sentenced at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court in the city centre on Monday.
According to Greater Manchester Police one of the victims, a young girl aged around five at the time of a sexual assault in 2010, spoke to the police about the sexual assault in 2020.
The other victim, a woman, spoke to the police about a further incident during the investigation into the first incident.
Noone, 33, pleaded not guilty but was found guilty at trial of two counts of sexual assault by penetration against a minor and one count of sexual assault against an adult.
He received a prison sentence of 10 and a half years.
Previously he had received a prison sentence of three years as a result of a separate sexual assault.
Detective Sergeant Louise Haslam, of Greater Manchester Police, said: "Now Noone will spend more time behind bars and as a result the streets will be a safer place without him.
"I would encourage anyone who is a victim of sexual abuse to contact us when you are ready so we can listen to you and make sure you are protected at the earliest opportunity."
