FOUR Trafford students at St Bede’s College gained straight As in their A levels.
The youngsters - Simon Clark, from Sale, Daniel Callaghan, of Timperley, Marianna Vidouris, Sale, and Christina Quinn, Hale, will all be going on to their first choice universities.
Daniel is to read modern languages at Christ Church, Oxford; Marianna will be following her brother, Alex, into a career in medicine at Edinburgh.
Christina was head girl at St Bede’s and will read modern languages at Bath and Simon has delayed his application until 2010.
St Bede’s College achieved record A Level results, smashing the 70 per cent AB grade barrier for the first time in its history.
Headmaster, Michael Barber, was delighted that 27 students achieved straight As and that the 100 per cent pass rate had been maintained for a fourth consecutive year.
