AMIDST the chaos caused by the ice and snow, stories are emerging of snow heroes and heroines.
Messenger reader Anne Sinclair from Timperley was one of many who wrote in this week to praise a stranger. She reported how a taxi driver stopped his car to help her mum who’d just taken a nasty tumble on the ice outside her home.
Have you been helped during the cold snap by a selfless act from a stranger? Who deserves praise for their actions in your community?
