URMSTON Swimming Club gained fantastic results at the Robin Hood Gala earlier this month, including 55 personal bests.

Samantha Robinson was fourth in 200m individual medley, third in 50m backstroke and second in 200m backstroke.

Dean Pickford won second in 200m individual medley, second in 50m free and fourth in 50m backstroke.

Thomas Woolstencroft came seventh in 100m back, fifth in 100m breaststroke, third in 200m free and second in 100 free.

Michael Holstien swam well getting eighth in 100m butterfly.

Hannah Perkins was superb placed third in 200m back as was Julie McKenna, eighth in both 50m back and 400m free.

Zackhary Robinson was placed seventh for both 200m breast and 400m free, while Lucy McCallum swam an excellent sixth for 100m back and seventh in 50m back.

Natalie Basson placed eighth in 200m individual medley, fourth in 100m back.

Mark McKenna was in fantastic form placed first for the following - 200m individual medley, 200m breaststroke, 400m free, 50m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke, third for both 100m fly and 100m free, sixth for 100m back.
