I'm researching a book for fans about Led Zeppelin's various Manchester concerts held in the late 60's and early 70's.
Strictly a labour of love, I have recently completed a similar project for fans in Northern Ireland, focusing on the band's historic performance at the Ulster Hall, Belfast in 1971.
I'm interested in locating photographs, ticket stubs, posters and recollections of anyone who went to see the band play in Manchester, particularly at the Free Trade Hall and the Kings Hall, Belle Vue in 1971.
I'm also hoping to find tape recordings of the shows so that I can write a retrospective review of any concert that comes to light.
If anyone can help, I can be reached on 07710 040012 or e-mailed at keith@simplyled.net.
