Stuart Higginbottam was too good for the opposition scoring a hatrick.
Steve Ray almost matched him with 2 goals and Kevin Smyth got the other.
Graham Miller, skipper Ian Entwistle and Stephen McShane controlled midfield whilst Martin Stonehouse and Andy Shenton kept things tight at the back.
The seconds in a lacklustre performance were beaten 2-0 by Colwyn Bay whilst the thirds were hammered 7-0 by Triton despite the efforts of Phil Shields who was the best player on the show.
On a brighter note, the Badgers won 3-1 against Northop Hall with goals from joint Players of the Match, 2 from Chris Brumwell and 1 from James Kay.
