PARTINGTON could be the base for a new residential home for the elderley.

For plans are in place to change the use of a house on Brook Farm Close into a place for pensioners if consent is passed by planning chiefs.

The proposal is amongst the latest batch of applications lodged with Trafford Borough Council - details of which are now available for inspection during normal office hours at Trafford Direct 2000 at Sale Town Hall, Tatton Road, Sale.
