THE WIFE of a businessman from Old Trafford was tied up and held at gunpoint when six raiders stormed into their home on Tuesday morning.
And the culprits systematically searched the home while she was restrained before making off with cash and jewellery to the value of £35,000 - including a watch costing £500.
The 43 year-old woman had just arrived home at the house on Seymour Grove when she heard a knock on the front door at around 11.15am.
She opened it to find two Asian men each armed with a handgun who forced
her back into the house and tied her arms and legs up with plastic ties.
Four other raiders then came into the house and the six began the search for valuables.
Anyone who can help police at all with their enquiries can contact Stretford station on 856-7666.,
