I WRITE to you in hope of some help perhaps?

My grandad used to work at GEC Westinghouse Road, Trafford Park (old Metro-Vickers) for 20 years until 1985 when he retired.

I have written to GEC Trafford Park for any old photos, graphs of inside of the works ie, groups of workers, department photographs etc.

He worked in - Switchgear West Works Fabrication shop.

If anyone can help me I would be very grateful.

I am hoping to present them to my grandad on his birthday.
