In a very even match Urmston created their chances with goals from Oliver Cooper and Andrew Shenton. It was an excellent ream performance with Oliver Cooper, Richard Ray, Andrew Shenton and Paul Graham all on top form.
The thirds lost badly to an unsporting Bolton who brought their first team when Urmston had arranged the game with Bolton fifth team.
The mixed team in Sunday's Sale Tournament could match last year when they reached the medals as finalists, but in an enjoyable tournament drew 2 games and won one in their group. Stuart Higginbottom scored a hat trick against Roggers and skipper Leroy Sawyers brought off some excellent saves.
