MY name is Marsha White and I work with a children's charity - special educational families support group.

We are launching a long term campaign to open a special needs family centre within Trafford for disabled children and children with special educational needs to use.

This centre will be the only one of its kind in the Trafford area. It will be run by families for families.

We need to raise £180,000 by the year 2002.

We are a registered charity and have been running for nine years.

The centre will have a multi sensory room, an enclosed play area, play room, training and meeting room, resource library and a telephone help line office for children, parents and professionals to contact us for advice and support about the special educational needs issues.

The children need you today, you have a chance to help change the future for disabled children and their families by helping us with the campaigning fundraising.

You may be able to spare a couple of hours of your time, or by sending us donations.

If we don't try to make this happen, it never will.

Please call me on 0161 755 3482 or 0966 263710. By working together, we can and will move mountains for the sake of Trafford's children.

Mrs Marsha White, SENFSG.
