I REFER to the anonymous letter headed 'Everyone isn't equal' last week, saying that I should have opposed a recent planning application in Broadheath.
As an elected member of the council I stand firmly for democracy and also happen to care about people, offering personal support and consideration to all my constituents. I work closely with the community but am not a member of the planning committee - and regret that there are far too many decisions being made these days behind closed doors.
The writer seems to be experiencing problems which require investigating - and can contact me at any time.
Cllr Kathy Bullock, Broadheath.
