This week in his exclusive internet column, Steve Hanley talks about London Irish, battling injuries and putting things right.
It's a bit weird around the club at the moment because we have won five games out of six but all the talk is about how we can put our performances right.
We know we're not playing the best we can so we're all determined to improve.
This week has been based a lot more on constructive criticism though, we have been looking at ways to put things right rather than shouting them right like we did after the Newcastle game.
We know we made mistakes at Harlequins, even though we did eventually win, and I was disappointed with my own first half performance down there.
I'm travelling down with the squad for the game against London Irish but I don't think I'll be involved.
We've got such a strong squad that players can come in in any position, so I'll just have to fight to get my place back again.
They've gone for a slightly more cautious line-up for Sunday's game, with a very strong centre partnership.
It's good to see Elvis has re-established himself in the side because there wasn't much mentioned about his injury problems but he's struggled with a series of niggles this season.
In fact, we've been really unlucky with injuries across the board and it's a real shame that the young lads - David Tait and Sean Cox - picked up injuries after playing so well.
Luckily we have enough cover and Juan (Fernandez Lobbe) has been on top form so we haven't suffered too much up front.
We are expecting a physical game against Irish, they play slightly different tactics now.
They will put a lot of pressure on the ruck area and look to exploit the turnover ball, so we know we have to be strong there.
We've done a bit of contact work in training this week to blow off the cobwebs and we'll be ready for them.
