Hale man found not guilty of rape at Minshull Street Crown Court
A HALE man has been charged following an alleged rape in Altrincham.
Ryan Hase, 19, of Hale Road, has been charged with rape following an alleged sexual assault in an alleyway on Railway Street, on in the early hours of March 17.
He appeared at Trafford Magistrates Court on March 20 and was remanded in custody until he appears at Minshull Street Crown Court on April 10.
On February 20, 2014, he was found not guilty of rape after a trial at the crown court.
