THREE fire crews were called to the M60 this morning following a lorry fire between Junction 6, Sale, and 7, Stretford.
Firefighters from Sale, Stretford and Wythenshawe stations attended the incident, which happened at around 7.45am on August 27.
The fire, which was limited to the braking system of the articulated lorry, was put down to a mechanical fault.
Crews used a thermal imaging camera to ensure the fire was completely and made the area safe before leaving the scene.
