EAM Care Group, which provides residential and respite care, held a double celebration recently, when it not only celebrated its 11th birthday but also asked a special guest to join them.
Stretford and Urmston MP Kate Green visited the young people and staff of EAM House and EAM Lodge Trafford, based on the same site in Partington.
EAM House is now registered under Care Quality Commission and Ofsted and together the site provides nursing, respite care services and social care to children and young people and they provide nursing care over 24 hours and an eight-bedded home for children from birth to 19 years old with complex health needs.
Owner and registered manager, Liz Marland said “At EAM Care Group, we are a family business with family values.
"We believe that providing care is more than simply ‘looking after’ people, it is about involving them and their families in the decisions about the care they receive. We create an environment that combines high quality care with fun and enjoyment.
"We are really pleased that Kate Green MP joined us to celebrate our 11th birthday. Our young people and staff were delighted to meet her."
