A 'SUPER' orchestra is to perform its inaugural concert at Holy Angels in Hale Barns.
The Festival Orchestra will perform a selection of Mozart's greatest scores live such as Marriage of Figaro amongst others.
The concert, which takes place on October 29 at 7pm, is being organised by Hale Barns Events who staged the Hale Barns Carnival in the summer.
The Festival Orchestra is a new orchestra which features members from well known orchestras such as the Halle, BBC Philharmonic and National Irish Orchestra all coming today to form a 'super' orchestra.
The inaugural event will feature a magnificent colour light display as bright colour floods the striking arches and beams of this church.
Organiser Max Eden said: We are extremely excited to welcome an orchestra of this level to the village, and hope to make concerts and events a regular fixture in the village with a strong focus on community spirit and bringing everyone together for amazing events on your doorstep."
Mozart Live in Concert tickets are available at £10 each at www.halebarnscarnival.co.uk or at the Holy Angels Parish Office.
Tickets can also be bought on the door but tickets are limited and selling fast.
