THE Altrincham and Sale Chamber of Commerce has appointed Mike Fox as their 107th President.
The Chamber’s Patron, Mayor, Cllr Jonathan Coup carried out the ceremony at the New Year lunch at The Belmore, Sale on Friday February 2.
Mike is senior partner at law firm Slater Heelis LLP and has been a resident of Sale and an active member of the local community for more than 30 years.
He is a member of Trafford MV RFCC and Sale Golf Club as well as a keen supporter of Sale Sharks.
Mr Fox said: “I am extremely proud and privileged to have been elected President of such a well-established and prominent chamber.
“I have acted for, and worked alongside, local businesses for over 30 years and I hope that the experience I have gained during this time can assist in the growth and development of the Chamber for the benefit of all its members.’’
The lunch was sponsored by Slater Heelis LLP and the Chamber’s vice patron, Sir Graham Brady MP, was the guest speaker.
Slater Heelis LLP has been a member of the Altrincham & Sale Chamber of Commerce for a number of years and Mike has continued to support the Chamber throughout his time at Slater Heelis.
