Youngsters from Timperley Amateur Boxing Club enjoyed a successful first trip abroad to compete.
The boxers from the club, based on the Broomwood Estate, took part in the Hvidovre Box Cup in Denmark and returned with three gold medals and one silver.
It was a superb display which club secretary and coach, Mark Davidson, says will inspire other youngsters attending.
He said: “We as a club and as coaches are very proud of these boys and how they conducted themselves in and out of the ring in their first competition abroad.
“They are great ambassadors for the younger members of the club and the surrounding area.”
